We invite you to take a tour anytime of our NEW Rec hall, once you tour the interior of this facility you will surely see how it can accommodate your next party!  From wedding receptions to reunions to company or group outings this facility is perfect for your next get together.  From small groups to large parties, this hall can accommodate up to 250 people easily inside.  The large open deck has food and beverage rail and overlooks the lake with multiple patio doors that open to let the outdoors in.  This facility is handicap accessible with a ramp and restroom facilities.  This hall also features a full kitchen and dressing/staging rooms.  For more information please email us, stop by the camp store for a tour, or call anytime (260)553-2267.  This hall may be rented in the off-season as well so while the park may be closed this facility is open!

We do not require you to purchase your food or beverage through us, in fact we leave that all up to you!  If you need assistance locating a caterer for your event, we'd be happy to make recommendations.

Many people have already commented on how they expect an increase in the number of people to show up to their event, why?  This facility is located just a stone’s throw from Fort Wayne (8 miles North of Dupont Rd) and along with a close proximity to many other nearby communities, easy highway access, and the relaxing nature of the entire facility with so much more to do than many other reception halls.  Consider the fact that we have a large beach, fishing, water slide, biking, hiking, fire pits, playground, horseshoes, and bath house all nearby for your enjoyment. By the way, did we mention we have camp sites and rental cabins and campers available.  Your party can stay and play--the fun isn't over after the reception.  Make your event last all weekend and invite your guests to camp with us!
We have many rental unit options for you to choose from: Travel Trailers, Park Models, Rustic Cabins and the Lodge.  These accommodations are within walking distance or we have Golf Cars available for rent as well including our golf car limousine to help you and your group move throughout the park. Camping does not mean you have to "rough it" with these options.  But for those that do have a camper or tent, we have plenty of sites available as well for your group! 

Screen Printing- We now have a screen printing service, would you like a T-shirt, Koozie, or any other items custom screen printed to memorialize your event?  Create more memories for your special occasion with these options! 

For your convenience, we also have a fully stocked camp store and snack shack carrying many of the items that may have been forgotten or you decide you need to have!

The General Public rate is for those that are not camping with us, just renting the hall or pavilion.  The Group Camping rate is for those renting the hall/pavilion and renting 3 or more rental units or 5 or more camp sites or a combination thereof.  The Seasonal/Leaseholder rate is for our Seasonal or Leaseholders that rent the hall/pavilion.
These rates are in-season peak/weekend rates, please inquire for non-peak/mid-week discounts.  We do offer discounts for certain clubs, organizations, and non-profit/charitable events.  Please inquire for more information.  Additional charges may apply for off-season rentals.

Preference is given for reservations for longer rental periods.
$200 cash security deposit required or a valid credit card in which a hold will be placed is required.  You are responsible for cleaning and returning the facility as it was rented to you.
